- Your name and clinic
- Your Dermloop username (email address)
- A description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce (if applicable)
- Screenshots or screen recordings if possible
- Your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 17.4)
Hardware support
Section titled “Hardware support”For physical device issues (Dermoscope, Colposcope):
- Include your device serial number (printed on the underside of the device)
- Describe any physical damage or LED error codes
Hardware under warranty (2 years from purchase): we cover parts and labour.
Dermloop software does not perform medical analysis or provide diagnostic output. Clinical evaluation is performed by qualified healthcare professionals. Seranote is a documentation assistant; all clinical content in generated notes must be reviewed and approved by the treating clinician before use. The dermoscope integrated in the Dermkit system pack is a CE-marked Class I medical device manufactured by a third party and supplied as part of the Dermkit MDR Article 22 system pack.
