What’s new
Section titled “What’s new”Improved case triage for specialists
Section titled “Improved case triage for specialists”Specialists can now set a custom sort order on their queue — by urgency, submission time, or lesion type. The previous default (submission time only) is still available.
Seranote integration in Dermloop case view
Section titled “Seranote integration in Dermloop case view”Seranote consultation notes can now be attached directly to a case from the mobile app. The note appears in the specialist’s case view alongside images and clinical notes.
GP response notifications — redesigned
Section titled “GP response notifications — redesigned”Push notifications for case responses have been redesigned to include a one-line summary of the specialist’s recommendation, so GPs can triage their inbox before opening the app.

- Improved image viewer: smoother zoom and pan on mobile
- Audit log export now supports date ranges up to 12 months (previously 3 months)
- Admin user invite flow now supports bulk CSV upload
Bug fixes
Section titled “Bug fixes”- Fixed: Cases occasionally showing as “In Review” after specialist submitted a response
- Fixed: Dermoscope pairing failing on Android 14 devices
- Fixed: Incorrect SLA calculation for cases submitted across midnight
Known issues
Section titled “Known issues”- Seranote: German-language transcription occasionally misidentifies patient age when spoken as ordinal numbers (“dritten” vs “dritte”). Workaround: review and edit the age field before saving.
