Can I resign as an administrator?

You can only resign as an administrator if there is another administrator in the organization. An organization can never be without an administrator. We recommend that all clinic owners are administrators to ensure easy assignment of licenses to new users—even during holidays and illness.

How do I become an administrator?

The first user created in the organization automatically becomes the administrator. To add more administrators, the current administrator must assign this role to relevant users in User Management.
