Pricing & Access

Section titled “Is Seranote free?”Yes, Seranote is currently offering free access for all users until April 1st, 2026. No credit card is required to sign up during this period.
What happens after the free period?
Section titled “What happens after the free period?”After April 1st, 2026, the standard pricing will be DKK 399 per user/month (excluding VAT). GP trainees (uddannelseslæger) will continue to have free access.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Section titled “Is there a contract or commitment?”No. Seranote is a month-to-month subscription with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time.
Privacy & Security
Section titled “Privacy & Security”Is patient audio stored?
Section titled “Is patient audio stored?”No. Audio is processed in real-time and deleted immediately after transcription is complete. We do not store recordings of your consultations.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Section titled “Is it GDPR compliant?”Yes. All data processing occurs within the EU/EEA. We adhere strictly to GDPR regulations and use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.
Do you train AI on my patient data?
Section titled “Do you train AI on my patient data?”No. We do not use your patient consultations to train our AI models. Our models are trained on synthetic data and consented internal datasets, ensuring patient confidentiality is never compromised for product improvement.
Technical
Section titled “Technical”What equipment do I need?
Section titled “What equipment do I need?”You can use Seranote on any modern device with a microphone:
- Desktop/Laptop: Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox.
- Mobile/Tablet: iOS or Android via the mobile browser or PWA.
- Microphone: A standard built-in microphone works well for most quiet office environments. For noisy environments, a dedicated external microphone or headset is recommended.
Does it work with my EHR?
Section titled “Does it work with my EHR?”Seranote is designed to be EHR-agnostic. It runs in your browser alongside your EHR. You simply copy the generated note and paste it into your journal system (e.g., XMO, EG Clinea, Novax, etc.).
Can I use it on my phone?
Section titled “Can I use it on my phone?”Yes. Many clinicians use their phone as a “dictaphone” placed on the desk during the consultation, while having Seranote open on their desktop to review the note. The session syncs instantly between devices.
