Dermloop Capture App
The Dermloop Capture App is the primary tool for GPs and primary care clinicians. It runs on iOS and Android and is how cases are submitted to specialists.
Download
Section titled “Download”Main screens
Section titled “Main screens”Your dashboard. Shows:
- Cases awaiting a response
- Recent activity
- Notifications
New Case
Section titled “New Case”Tap + or New Case to start a case submission. See Submit Your First Case.
My Cases
Section titled “My Cases”Full list of your submitted cases with status indicators.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”- Account details
- Paired devices
- Notification preferences
- Language (DK / DE / EN)
Offline mode
Section titled “Offline mode”The app works offline. If you capture images and create a case without internet access:
- The case is saved locally
- It uploads automatically when connectivity is restored
- You’ll see a Pending upload badge on the case
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Enable push notifications to be alerted when:
- A specialist has responded to your case
- A revision is available
- An SLA is approaching
Go to Settings → Notifications to configure which alerts you receive.
