Sektion kaldt “Workload balancing for specialist groups”Administrators can now configure automatic workload balancing across specialist groups. Cases are distributed based on current queue depth, not just round-robin order.
Go to Admin → Routing → Workload Balancing to enable.
Region-specific referral letter templates
Sektion kaldt “Region-specific referral letter templates”Referral letter drafts (generated by Seranote or written manually) now use region-specific templates — including the correct Danish, German, or US formatting and required fields.
Dark mode on web platform
Sektion kaldt “Dark mode on web platform”The Dermloop web platform now fully supports dark mode. The setting follows your OS preference by default, or can be set manually via the profile menu.
