Dermloop Web Platform
The Dermloop web platform is used by specialists to review cases and by administrators to manage the clinic. It runs in any modern browser — no installation required.
Access
Sektion kaldt “Access”Go to app.kura.health and sign in with your Dermloop credentials.

Specialist view
Sektion kaldt “Specialist view”After signing in as a specialist, you land on your case queue.
Key areas:
- Queue — all cases awaiting your review
- In Progress — cases you’ve opened
- Completed — cases you’ve responded to
- Revisions — cases returned to you for clarification

Admin view
Sektion kaldt “Admin view”Administrators see an additional Admin menu in the navigation bar.
Key areas:
- Users — invite, edit, and deactivate users
- Routing — configure how cases are directed to specialists
- Reports — compliance and activity reports
- Audit Log — full event log
- Settings — clinic profile, SLA targets, region
