Dermloop Capture App
The Dermloop Capture App is the primary tool for GPs and primary care clinicians. It runs on iOS and Android and is how cases are submitted to specialists.

Offline mode
Sektion kaldt “Offline mode”The app works offline. If you capture images and create a case without internet access:
- The case is saved locally
- It uploads automatically when connectivity is restored
- You’ll see a Pending upload badge on the case
Notifications
Sektion kaldt “Notifications”Enable push notifications to be alerted when:
- A specialist has responded to your case
- A revision is available
- An SLA is approaching
Go to Settings → Notifications to configure which alerts you receive.
